About The Opportunity
Join a lean HR team in a dynamic technology firm where you will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR data management and employee engagement. This remote internship offers exposure to modern HR systems, recruitment lifecycle management, and HR analyticsideal for early-career candidates looking to build practical HR operations skills in a tech environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: draft job postings, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS.
- Manage onboarding logistics for new hiresprepare offer documentation, facilitate inductions, and ensure HRIS records are complete and accurate.
- Maintain and update HRIS and spreadsheets; run basic HR reports and dashboards to track hiring metrics, attrition and headcount movement.
- Assist with employee lifecycle tasks including probation tracking, document management and offboarding coordination.
- Coordinate learning & engagement initiativeshelp schedule sessions, gather feedback and track participation metrics.
- Handle routine HR communications, maintain confidentiality and support ad-hoc HR projects to improve processes.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Commerce or related field
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic HRIS usage
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for data entry and reporting
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and basic outreach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee information
- Reliable remote work setup and ability to work India hours across distributed teams
Preferred
- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR operations
- Exposure to HR reporting and basic analytics practices
- Familiarity with local labour compliance basics and payroll workflows
