Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern for a 6-month unpaid remote internship, with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and talent management, while supporting a dynamic and growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate candidate communications.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Participate in payroll, compliance, and HR operations as needed.
- Assist with documentation, policy updates, and internal communications.
- Work closely with the HR team to handle day-to-day tasks and special projects.
Requirements
- Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Well-organized with attention to detail and time management.
- Willingness to learn, contribute, and work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Prior internship or volunteer HR experience is an advantage.
