About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team at Zoo Media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent across various levels, particularly junior to mid-level profiles. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Conduct reference checks and verify employment credentials to ensure candidate suitability.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and introduction to team members.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve recruitment processes.
