Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and compliance. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in HR practices within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners.
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal communications.
- Draft HR letters, offer documents, reports, and internal notices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Preferred (Nice To Have)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Prior internship or academic project related to HR.
- Familiarity with HR tools or ATS platforms.
