Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (screening, scheduling, follow-ups).
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain HR records, trackers, and databases.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and management.
- Prepare basic HR reports and MIS.
Mandatory Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
