Job Title: HR Intern

Location: (Onsite- Noida OR Remote)

Duration: [36 Months]

Stipend: WIll be discussed in interview

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and compliance. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in HR practices within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners.
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal communications.
  • Draft HR letters, offer documents, reports, and internal notices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Preferred (Nice To Have)

  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Prior internship or academic project related to HR.
  • Familiarity with HR tools or ATS platforms.
