Education

MBA in HR / Management (Pursuing or Completed)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (screening, scheduling, follow-ups).
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
  • Maintain HR records, trackers, and databases.
  • Assist in employee engagement and HR operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and management.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and MIS.

Mandatory Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
