HR Intern- Libra AI Bengaluru | Internship | 3–6 months
Who We Are Libra AI is an early-stage AI startup building an Agentic WorkOS- connect your tools, tell it what you need, it handles the busywork.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Own onboarding — offers, tool access (Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub), day-one readiness.
- Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Plan team events, engagement activities, and wellness initiatives.
- Draft HR policies and process docs as we scale.
- Track attendance, leaves, and help with payroll coordination.
- Research compensation benchmarks and hiring best practices.
- Support ad-hoc projects from the leadership team.
What We're Looking For
- Fresh Grad or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication skills — you'll be the first touchpoint for candidates.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and Slack.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive data.
- Self-starter who works well in ambiguity — no 200-page HR manuals here.
- Available to work from Bengaluru office at least 3 days/week.
Bonus If You Have
- Prior HR or recruiting internship experience.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools (BambooHR, Zoho People).
- Interest in AI/SaaS startups.
- Basic understanding of Indian labor law.
