About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR / Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in delivering quality hiring solutions to our clients. This role offers hands-on exposure to consultant-style recruiting, candidate management, and client-driven hiring processes across IT and Non-IT roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers, ATS updates, and reports
- Support client hiring requirements and turnaround timelines
- Assist in offer rollouts, follow-ups, and candidate engagement
- Ensure proper documentation and data management
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns
Skills & Requirements
- Graduate / MBA (HR) pursuing or completed
- Interest in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with targets and timelines
- Basic knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn (preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
