About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR / Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in delivering quality hiring solutions to our clients. This role offers hands-on exposure to consultant-style recruiting, candidate management, and client-driven hiring processes across IT and Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Maintain accurate candidate trackers, ATS updates, and reports
  • Support client hiring requirements and turnaround timelines
  • Assist in offer rollouts, follow-ups, and candidate engagement
  • Ensure proper documentation and data management
  • Support employer branding and hiring campaigns

Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA (HR) pursuing or completed
  • Interest in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with targets and timelines
  • Basic knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
