Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination and work closely on managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes as per job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain interview trackers and recruitment reports
- Support in follow-ups and candidate communication
ATS Management:
- Update and maintain candidate records in the ATS
- Ensure accurate documentation and status tracking
- Generate recruitment reports from ATS
- Support in data cleanup and system optimization
- Ensure compliance and proper documentation within the system
Administrative Support:
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards
- Support employer branding and job postings
Eligibility Criteria:
- BBA/MBA / PGDM (HR) Pursuing or Recently Completed
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Exposure to recruitment coordination
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
