The organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) team as a Trainee. The successful candidate will provide essential support to daily operations and contribute meaningfully to ongoing HRIS initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with data management, reporting, and preparation of documentation, SOP's, content creation and E-Learning videos.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure data accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the preparation of HR-related presentations and reports utilizing the MS Office Suite.
• Participate in HR projects and assist with process improvement initiatives as directed.
• Assist with data entry, updates, and corrections within the HR Systems (Success Factors, UKG HRSD, any other).
• Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Help verify data integrity through regular audits.
• Support HR teams in updating organizational structures, job codes, and employee statuses.

Mandatory Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MBA in Human Resources (candidates in their final semester are also eligible to apply).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills. solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Comfort with technology and learning new systems

Good-to-have Skills

• Previous internship or project experience in HR or HRIS will be considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Exposure to SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
