Job Description

Duration: 6 Months

Department: Human Resources Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination and work closely on managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes as per job requirements
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain interview trackers and recruitment reports
  • Support in follow-ups and candidate communication

ATS Management:


  • Update and maintain candidate records in the ATS
  • Ensure accurate documentation and status tracking
  • Generate recruitment reports from ATS
  • Support in data cleanup and system optimization
  • Ensure compliance and proper documentation within the system

Administrative Support:


  • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards
  • Support employer branding and job postings

Eligibility Criteria:


  • BBA/MBA / PGDM (HR) Pursuing or Recently Completed
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills:


  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Exposure to recruitment coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
