About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Intern to join our team. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR processes and corporate work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in onboarding and induction formalities for new joiners.
- Maintain and update HR databases, attendance records, and employee files.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Coordinate with other departments for HR-related queries and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed MBA / PGDM / BBA / BCom / BA (HR specialization preferred).
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
