Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to support our Human Resources team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle and an opportunity to gain valuable exposure to HR best practices in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Key Responsibilities:Assist in drafting and posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking sheets
- Support candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process
- Help organize and participate in recruitment drives and onboarding sessions
- Work closely with the HR team on ad hoc tasks and projects
- Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Passionate about HR and talent acquisition
