Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern

Location: On-site

Duration: 6 Months

Reporting To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to support our Human Resources team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle and an opportunity to gain valuable exposure to HR best practices in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:Assist in drafting and posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking sheets
  • Support candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process
  • Help organize and participate in recruitment drives and onboarding sessions
  • Work closely with the HR team on ad hoc tasks and projects

  • Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Passionate about HR and talent acquisition
