Job Description

As an HR Intern you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with our HR team to source, attract, and engage top talent. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process and the chance to develop essential skills for a career in Human Resources.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in Sourcing Candidates, Screen Resumes , Coordinate Interviews.
  • Communication, Support Recruitment Marketing, Participate in Recruitment Events.
  • Conduct reference Checks , Administrative Support - Provide general support to the Hr team, including Filing, data entry and preparing reports. Contribute ideas to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment tools is a plus
