The Yellow Dwelling is a contemporary home furnishing brand specializing in sustainable and eco-friendly products made from natural fibers. Established in January 2017, The Yellow Dwelling is a fast growing home décor D2C brand with an all-India presence with 9 retail stores and strong online presence.

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on training and employee development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, enabling teams, and contributing to a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for open roles (1–2 roles/month on average)
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions efficiently
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for all new hires

2. Training & Development (Core Focus Area)

  • Design and develop training modules, especially for retail sales teams
  • Create and execute a structured training calendar
  • Ensure consistent training delivery and track effectiveness
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend relevant training interventions

3. HR Operations & Processes

  • Manage HR policies, documentation, and compliance
  • Oversee payroll coordination and attendance records
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and handle employee queries

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist role
  • Prior experience in training/L&D or retail training is a strong plus
  • Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization

Remuneration:

Employment Type: Full time, Work from Office

CTC : 4.2 to 4.8 L p.a (PF, Insurance benefits eligible)
