Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy HR Associate who will play a critical role in driving hiring efficiency by managing initial screening, quality shortlisting, and end-to-end recruitment for operations roles, while ensuring strong conversion ratios and seamless onboarding.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can balance both volume hiring and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial Screening & Shortlisting (Sales & Design Hiring)
Conduct first-level screening calls/interviews to assess candidate fit
- Evaluate candidates on:
- Role fit
- Communication skills
- Cultural alignment
Share qualified and relevant profiles with the Recruiter team for further rounds
- Daily Shortlisting Targets
Ensure a minimum of
- 10 qualified shortlisting per day (for Sales & Design roles)
- Maintain quality over quantity while achieving daily targets
- End-to-End Recruitment (Operations Hiring)
Manage Complete Recruitment Lifecycle For Operations Roles, Including
- Sourcing
- Screening
- Interview coordination
- Offer rollout
- Closure
- Quality & Conversion Ownership
- Ensure at least 50% of shortlisted candidates move to final selection stage
- Continuously improve screening quality and candidate fitment
- Work closely with hiring managers to refine selection criteria
- Recruitment Operations & Onboarding
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ensure smooth offer rollout and follow-ups
- Manage pre-joining engagement and documentation
- Drive seamless onboarding experience for new hires
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily Shortlistings: Minimum 10/day
- Shortlist-to-final selection ratio: ≥ 50%
- Offer-to-joining ratio
- Time-to-fill for operations roles
- Candidate experience & onboarding efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
- Master Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong screening & interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
