About the Role

Synedyne Systems is looking for a highly dependable, detail-oriented, and hands-on HR professional with a Manufacturing background to manage the entire employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire).

This is a high-ownership role requiring strong expertise in HR operations, compliance, HRIS, payroll inputs, contract labour management, and governance, with an uncompromising focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and process discipline. The role also demands the ability to anticipate risks, ensure compliance rigor, and build trust across the organization.

The incumbent must demonstrate a balanced and professional approach in employee interactions, being approachable and supportive, while clearly maintaining appropriate boundaries. Given the sensitive nature of HR responsibilities, particularly in handling confidential information such as employee compensation, it is critical that the individual exercises sound judgment, discretion, and integrity at all times. The ability to distinguish between being a cordial HR professional and avoiding over-familiarity that could compromise confidentiality or organizational trust is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End HR Operations

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle – hiring, onboarding, confirmation, engagement, performance support, and separation
  • Drive recruitment across functions (technical, corporate, and support roles)
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and employee experience
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready employee records and documentation

2. HRIS, Payroll Inputs & Data Governance

  • Own and manage the HRIS platform (employee data, attendance, leave, workflows, documentation)
  • Provide accurate, error-free data inputs for payroll processing within defined timelines
  • Handle sensitive data, including compensation, benefits, and employee records, with strict confidentiality
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity – this is non-negotiable
  • Drive process improvements and automation through HRIS

3. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

  • Ensure compliance with: PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, admin and facility, Shops & Establishments Act
  • Handle contract labour compliance (CLRA) end-to-end
  • Ensure all contract workforce statutory documentation is complete, compliant, and audit-ready
  • Maintain statutory registers, filings, and records
  • Manage annual returns, audits, and inspections confidently and professionally

4. Vendor Management (Manpower & Services)

  • Develop and onboard manpower supply vendors
  • Manage vendor empanelment documentation and due diligence
  • Ensure vendors meet statutory and compliance requirements
  • Drive cost-effectiveness without compromising quality in all vendor engagements

5. HR Governance, Policies & POSH

  • Implement, review, and strengthen HR policies, guidelines, and SOPs
  • Conduct periodic audits on adherence to policies and processes
  • Handle POSH compliance and case management with high sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Review and interpret agreements, HR documents, and governance frameworks

6. HR Analytics & Metrics

  • Track and analyze key HR metrics: Attrition, hiring TAT, attendance, engagement trends
  • Generate dashboards and reports for leadership
  • Provide data-driven insights for decision-making
  • Ensure all HR data is structured, accurate, and audit-ready

7. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Act as a trusted, empathetic HR partner
  • Build a culture of accountability, trust, and professionalism

8. Administration & Facility Management

  • Oversee administration including: Housekeeping, security, office canteen, and office facility
  • Ensure vendor performance, compliance, and service quality
  • Maintain workplace standards and statutory adherence

Preferred Candidate Profile

·      MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / LLB /MSW (HR / Labour Welfare)/BBA

  • 3–7 years of experience in HR role from a manufacturing or relevant background.
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools
  • Strong experience in statutory compliance, audits, and inspections
  • Experience managing contract labour and vendor ecosystem
  • Exposure to the enforcement of policies and guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of HR documentation, agreements, and governance
  • Experience in employee engagement and administration

Language Requirement

Good communication ability in both English andKannada (read, write, speak)
