Job Title: HR Generalist - Payroll & Compliance
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll processing and statutory compliance. The role involves ensuring accurate salary disbursement, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting overall HR functions.

- Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee salary records, attendance, leaves, and deductions
- Handle reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, and final settlements (F&F)
- Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and reports
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Manage PF, ESI, PT, TDS filings and returns
- Maintain statutory registers and records
- Handle audits and inspections related to compliance
- Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Maintain employee database and HRMS systems
- Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.)
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and HR policies
- Monitor attendance and leave records
- Implement leave policies and track balances
- Resolve discrepancies in attendance data
- Address employee concerns and grievances
- Ensure smooth communication between employees and management
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws
- Experience in audit handling
- Advanced Excel skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws
- Familiarity with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
- Experience with HRMS/payroll software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Office timing :- 8:00PM TO 5:00AM
