Position: HR Generalist
Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve supporting recruitment activities along with coordinating HR initiatives such as training programs, reporting, and HR analytics.
Must Have: having exp in recruitment, training, learning and development, candidate should be well versed in PPT making & Excel
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions in coordination with hiring managers and external vendors.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate communication.
- Coordinate Training & Development programs, including scheduling sessions and managing training logistics.
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Assist in HR analytics and data tracking related to hiring, attrition, and employee engagement.
- Support HR projects and employee engagement initiatives when required.
- Maintain documentation and ensure smooth coordination across HR functions.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in recruitment and people interaction.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint for preparing dashboards and presentations.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines.
