Job Role:

We are hiring an experienced HR Generalist to handle end-to-end recruitment, ATS management, and HR data processes. The candidate should be strong in coordination, documentation and hands on experience with excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to joining)
• Conduct HR screening, interview coordination & offer roll-out
• Handle complete onboarding & joining formalities
• Maintain Employee Joining Forms and documentation
• Manage and update ATS regularly
• Track hiring pipeline & maintain candidate database
• Update & maintain Recruitment MIS & other reports

Skills Required:

• Hands-on ATS experience
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Good communication & coordination abilities
• Detail-oriented and process-driven

Qualification:

Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR with 58 years of relevant experience
