We are looking to employ an HR Generalist with the ability to develop recruitment strategies tomeet the objectives of the organization. He/she is responsible for designingand implementing recruitment plans for the organization. Also he/she should haveexperience in Employee engagement team building activity.
They should confer with management toassess and identify staffing needs. The HR recruiter will execute recruitmentplans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions. Also, Assisting with employee relations, grievances and engagement activities.
- Filling positions within an organization.
- Designing and implementing recruiting systems for theorganization.
- Developing your own network of suitable candidates.
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
- Address employeesqueries on issues related to compensation andlabor regulations, and all other relevant topics.
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conductingorientation and training programs.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee workresults by training managers to coach and discipline employees; schedulingmanagement conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employeegrievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
- Take up a pro-active approach towards team building.
- Assisting with employee relations, grievances and engagementactivities.
- Providing orientation and training to the new employees.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
