We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring a positive work environment, and supporting our employees throughout their employment journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Oversee onboarding processes for new hires and ensure they have a smooth integration into the company.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Support employee relations initiatives and address employee inquiries or concerns.
• Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR roles or similar positions.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software or databases.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Hindi Fluency Must
