Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist - Executive. The HR Generalist will manage daily HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and addressing employee relations matters. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting benefits administration. The role also involves providing general HR support to ensure organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, including recruitment and employee management
  • Strong knowledge of HR Management and the ability to implement HR best practices
  • Understanding of HR Policies and ability to develop and communicate policy guidelines
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote setup
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of work experience in an HR role preferred
