As an
HR Fresher, your role is to support the HR team in executing employee engagement initiatives, recruitment, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentability, and coordination skills to foster a positive and engaging work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and conduct employee engagement activities and cultural events.
- Support in designing and implementing creative initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event execution.
- Assist in HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and general coordination.
- Provide support in recruitment activities, including sourcing, scheduling, and coordinating interviews as and when needed.
- Collect feedback from employees on events/initiatives and share insights for improvements.
- Ensure effective communication of HR announcements and activities across teams.
- Maintain records and reports of HR engagement programs.
