Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Job Overview: We are looking for an HR Executive to support the HR team in managing payroll processes and employee reimbursements. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable coordinating with employees across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the monthly payroll process and ensure timely coordination with the finance team.
- Handle employee reimbursement processes and maintain proper records.
- Manage MIS for expenses, reimbursement, attendance, leave records, and other relevant data.
- Address employee queries related to payroll and reimbursements.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of payroll and reimbursement processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR documentation.
- Comfortable communicating in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
