Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Design and administer employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Foster positive employee relations and engagement within the organization.
- Analyze HR metrics, maintain accurate records, and provide insights.
- Efficiently handle HR administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employee growth.
- Administer annual performance reviews and manage performance appraisals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align HR initiatives with company goals.
- Facilitate employee offboarding and exit procedures professionally.
- Ensure adherence to company rules, regulations, and employment laws.
- Support workplace safety initiatives and compliance efforts.
- Organize HR-related events and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to improve HR processes and policies.
- Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
- Conduct employee relations activities such as resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
Requirements /Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to a wide range of HR functions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
