Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist (US Staffing Experience Required)
Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Experience: 25 years (preferred from US Staffing/Recruiting companies)
About the Role:
We are looking for an HR professional who has hands-on experience working with US staffing firms and strong knowledge of both India HR operations and US onboarding/documentation processes. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR activities for our Hyderabad office while also supporting US compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
India HR & Operations
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and exit formalities for India employees.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and compliance-related documents.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR administration.
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth HR operations.
US StaffingRelated Responsibilities
- Manage US onboarding documentation for consultants (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Review and coordinate US paperwork such as MSA, SOW, onboarding packets, tax forms, and compliance documents.
- Ensure proper verification, document collection, and policy adherence.
- Work with recruiters and consultants to complete onboarding tasks and address documentation queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 25 years of HR experience from a US staffing company (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of US tax terms: C2C, W2, 1099.
- Knowledge of MSA, SOW, onboarding packets, and compliance for US placements.
- Solid understanding of India HR processes including payroll, onboarding, HR operations, and statutory compliance basics.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with ATS or HRMS tools.
- Exposure to maintaining consultant records for US clients.
