Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Understanding the manpower requirements of the organization and sourcing the right candidate for the correct position.
Sourcing relevant profiles through multiple channels of recruitment.
Screening candidate's resumes and job applications.
Evaluate candidates based on their experience, communication, and academic background.
Scheduling interviews, Follow-up with the candidates, Documentation of recruitment reports, and employee onboarding duties.
Salary Negotiation skills.
Maintaining Employee personal files and HR database.
Maintenance of attendance and leave records.
Maintain records of salaries and statutory compliances like ESI, PF, and appraisal.
Maintenance of Entry and Exit formalities.
Employee Discipline handling.
Employee complaints and grievances handling

Skills and Qualifications

MBA (HR)/PGDBM/PGDM/IRPM

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
