- Recruitment & Staffing: Source, interview, and onboard doctors, nurses, and technicians, focusing on high-volume hiring and specialized clinical roles .
- Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances, handle disciplinary issues, and conduct performance appraisals to foster a positive workplace .
- HR Operations & Payroll: Manage daily operations, including employee records, attendance, and leave management, and support payroll processing .
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH standards, safety protocols).

Skill Required
Requirements
