Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Source, interview, and onboard doctors, nurses, and technicians, focusing on high-volume hiring and specialized clinical roles .
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances, handle disciplinary issues, and conduct performance appraisals to foster a positive workplace .
  • HR Operations & Payroll: Manage daily operations, including employee records, attendance, and leave management, and support payroll processing .
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH standards, safety protocols).
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs for hospital staff and coordinate onboarding

Skill Required

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in Human Resources, with preference for direct experience in a hospital or healthcare setting .
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field .
  • Skills: Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software, strong knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication skills.
