Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting,
scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters.
Maintain and track employee attendance, leaves, and holiday schedules across
all sites using appropriate tools/systems.
Provide data on attendance, new joinees, resignations/terminations to Payroll
Service Provider on a timely and accurate basis for payroll processing
Ensure compliance with all HR-related statutory obligations such as PF, ESI,
Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
Handle employee grievances in a sensitive and professional manner and ensure
timely resolution.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation
as per legal standards.
Support in employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, induction, and exit
formalities.
Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure safe custody of employee data and HR
records.
Ensure smooth daily office operations including maintenance, cleanliness, visitor
handling, and staff coordination.
Prepare and issue employee ID cards and manage uniforms procurement and
distribution.
Monitor and manage office consumables and stationery stock; ensure timely
procurement and cost control.
Coordinate domestic travel and accommodation arrangements for employees for
official purposes.
Handle office assets such as laptops, printers, phones, projectors, etc., including
issue tracking, maintenance, and return procedures.
Maintain an up-to-date asset register and ensure accountability and proper usage
of company assets.
Schedule and organize team meetings, office meetings, and training sessions
including venue, logistics, refreshments, and minutes of meeting.
Stay up to date with relevant labour laws and ensure all HR and admin functions
comply with statutory regulations.
Manage a training calendar for employees and suppliers in line with the
requirements of the Fair-Trade Guarantee by WFTO
Enable a culture of accountability, integrity, work-ethic and well-being.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management / business administration or
related field.
2–4 years of experience in a similar HR & Admin role.
Empathetic to the needs of colleagues within the guard rails of company policies
and culture
Sound knowledge of payroll processing requirements and HRMS software/tools.
Familiarity with labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel to other centres when required.
