Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Establish recruitment requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives and partnering with hiring managers.
- Build applicant sources through community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and online platforms.
- Understand job descriptions and qualification requirements to identify suitable candidates.
- Attract applicants through job advertisements, recruitment agencies, job portals, and networking channels.
- Manage bulk hiring for kitchen staff and frontline workforce.
- Conduct kitchen visits to understand manpower requirements and hiring gaps.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Present weekly hiring reports and updates to the Zonal Manager.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain and update employee records, including contact details, employment forms, and joining documentation.
- Prepare and manage employee joining files and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements.
- Possess basic knowledge of labor laws and employment legislation.
- Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
- Support compliance management activities across locations.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze employee capabilities before joining and address challenges after onboarding.
- Work on reducing kitchen employee attrition and improving retention.
- Participate in organizing company events and employee activities.
Field Engagement
- Travel within the city to support recruitment and employee-related activities.
- Engage directly with kitchen teams and operations stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or related HR functions.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for people management.
- Ability to work in a field-based role and travel within the city.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve hiring targets and recruitment quotas.
- Basic understanding of statutory compliance and labor laws.
