We are hiring an HR Executive to manage employee engagement activities along with end-to-end recruitment for wellness and fitness industry roles.

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage employee engagement activities and celebrations
. Handle end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination
. Maintain hiring trackers and onboarding process
. Support workplace culture and employee satisfaction initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile:

. 4+ years of experience in HR & Talent Acquisition
. MBA in HR preferred
. Strong communication and coordination skills
. Experience in employee engagement activities and hiring
. Wellness/fitness industry experience preferred
