If you enjoy hiring the right talent, making onboarding smooth, handling HR operations, and creating a positive employee experience, this role might be for you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across teams
  • Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
  • Handle interviews, offer rollouts, and joining formalities
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and a great employee experience from Day 1
  • Manage employee records, documentation, attendance, and HR operations
  • Support employee engagement activities and help build a positive work culture
  • Work closely with teams to understand hiring needs and maintain a strong talent pipeline

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment + operations
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency preferred
  • Understanding of hiring for roles like Content, SEO, Social Media, Graphic Design, Performance Marketing, etc.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and people skills
  • Someone proactive, organized, and great at handling fast-paced environments
