What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across teams
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
- Handle interviews, offer rollouts, and joining formalities
- Ensure smooth onboarding and a great employee experience from Day 1
- Manage employee records, documentation, attendance, and HR operations
- Support employee engagement activities and help build a positive work culture
- Work closely with teams to understand hiring needs and maintain a strong talent pipeline
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment + operations
- Prior experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency preferred
- Understanding of hiring for roles like Content, SEO, Social Media, Graphic Design, Performance Marketing, etc.
- Strong communication, coordination, and people skills
- Someone proactive, organized, and great at handling fast-paced environments
