Role Overview
The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for academic and non-academic roles across locations, while also supporting administrative coordination at the Bangalore Head Office.
This role requires strong execution ability, stakeholder coordination skills, and the agility to work in a high-growth, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle sourcing to offer rollout.
Hire for faculty, sales, marketing, operations, and support roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor partnerships.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers, offer-to-joining ratios, and hiring MIS.
Ensure smooth candidate experience and onboarding coordination.
Support bulk hiring drives when required.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment documentation.
Coordinate background verification and offer letter release.
Track joining confirmations and manage pre-joining engagement.
Support onboarding formalities at HO.
- Administrative Support (Secondary Responsibility)
Assist in office administration coordination at Bangalore HO.
Support documentation, employee records, and compliance files.
Coordinate with vendors for recruitment events or hiring drives.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives at HO.
Support leadership team in basic coordination and HR-related administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile
14 years of recruitment experience (EdTech / Sales hiring preferred).
Experience in handling volume hiring will be an advantage.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working with MIS and recruitment dashboards.
Good communication and stakeholder management ability.
High ownership mindset and ability to multitask.
