Work Hours: 35 hours per day (Flexible)

Experience: 210 years (Domestic IT Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT domestic)

Manage job portals & candidate sourcing

Coordinate interviews, onboarding & documentation

Maintain attendance & HR records

Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives

Support HR documentation & client coordination

Requirements:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)

Female candidates only

Self-driven, organized & experienced in remote work
