- Coordinate training handovers, share Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) with new joiners and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Drive engagement initiatives like Rewards & Recognitions (R&Rs).
- Conduct performance-related discussions and documentation.
- Compile comprehensive HRBP reports.
- Organize HR-connects periodically with employees.
- Handle separation processes efficiently, including exit formalities, resignation discussions,
- and share Full & Final settlement data with payroll team.
- Address diverse employee queries and manage the HR database.
- Generate various HR letters and documents, meeting organizational requirements.
- Provide support to peers regarding employee grievances, conduct investigations, handling
- escalations and preparing necessary documentation
- Effectively render stakeholder management by understanding requirements and
- responding to ad hoc requests.
- Actively contributes to organizational growth through participation in process
- improvement initiatives.
- Ensure overall organizational health by closely observing employee behavior, and policy
- adherence while fostering an approachable HR environment.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year of proven work experience as HR Business Partner in HR
- department.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS- Word and MS- Power point.
