Job Description

1. Recruitment & Hiring (Core Role)
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for management / corporate roles such as HR, Operations, Finance, Admin, Sales, Marketing, BDM, CRM, etc.
  • Understand manpower requirements from department heads and finalize job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other hiring channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership team.
  • Follow up with candidates and interviewers to ensure timely feedback and closures.
  • Manage offer process, salary discussions within approved budgets, and close positions on time.
2. Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
3. MIS & Documentation
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, interview status, and hiring reports.
  • Keep records of CVs, interview feedback, offers, and joining status.
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities in coordination with HR operations.
4. Employer Branding & Coordination
  • Post job openings on portals and other hiring platforms.
  • Coordinate with consultants and external recruitment partners.
  • Represent the organization professionally to candidates in the market.
Skills & Competencies
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
  • Experience in corporate / management hiring preferred.
  • Ability to handle pressure hiring and multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Comfortable using job portals, Excel, and MIS reports.
Education
  • Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment (Corporate / White-collar hiring preferred)
