Responsibilities

- Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and trends.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
