Job Description

The Role:

The Human Resource Executive will work closely with the CEO to manage internal recruitment, oversee operational planning, and contribute to the overall organizational strategy. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to building a long-term association with the company. The individual must demonstrate high levels of patience, dedication, and intent to contribute significantly to the organization s goals.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:Handle the complete hiring process for internal roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting telephonic and video interviews, scheduling meetings with senior managers, and ensuring seamless onboarding.
  • Documentation and Reports:Maintain detailed records of recruitment processes, employee documents, and onboarding procedures. Create project documents, requirement projections, and operational plans to align with organizational goals.
  • Performance Monitoring:Evaluate new hires during their initial 30 days through dashboards and key metrics. Identify potential concerns and escalate them to the management if needed.
  • Department Collaboration:Act as a liaison between the CEO and department heads, collecting and compiling reports, analyzing insights, and presenting them in an organized manner with actionable recommendations.
  • Grievance Handling and Culture Initiatives:Address employee concerns, foster a positive organizational culture, and lead internal branding initiatives to ensure a motivated workforce.
  • Operational Planning:Collaborate with the CEO to determine objectives, streamline operational processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Strategic Documentation:Create high-quality presentations, reports, and other strategic documents using the latest tools and technology. Ensure data is presented effectively for decision-making.
  • Proactive Problem Solving:Analyze potential issues, predict outcomes, and implement corrective measures to improve efficiency and prevent reactive problem-solving.
  • Technology Integration:Leverage advanced tools and technology to enhance HR processes, data management, and reporting systems.

Key Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR or operational roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and organized approach to documentation and reporting.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Canva.
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to foresee challenges and address them proactively.
  • Passionate about long-term career growth and willing to contribute to the organizations scaling phase with dedication and patience.
  • Ready to work from the CEO s office in Lucknow and collaborate directly with top-level management.
  • Immediate availability to join and start contributing from day one.
