Job Title : HR Executive Operations

Role Overview :
We are a startup marketing agency looking for an HR Executive with prior agency experience to handle end-to-end HR operations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with no strategic HR involvement. The role is purely operational, covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and day-to-day employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollouts, and joining formalities
- Manage complete onboarding and exit processes, including documentation and inductions
- Coordinate salaries, payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and monthly HR MIS
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees for all operational HR queries
- Coordinate with internal teams and leadership for hiring requirements and timeline
- Manage confirmations, renewals, and basic HR compliance documentation
- Support smooth day-to-day employee coordination and internal communication
- Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across the organization
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and information
Required Background & Skills:
- Prior experience working in a creative / marketing / advertising agency is mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or a related field
- 6 Months to 1 year of relevant HR operations experience (agency/startup preferred)
