Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
- Source and shortlist candidates using Internshala, job portals, and internal talent databases based on specific role requirements.
- Create, post, and manage job openings across recruitment platforms while tracking and responding to applicant queries.
- Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidates skills, suitability, and interest levels.
- Coordinate interview schedules between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, including candidate details, interview feedback, hiring status, and reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with HR and business teams to understand hiring needs, support internship and fresher recruitment, and ensure compliance with company policies.
