Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding and support employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining compliance and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, background verification coordination, and joining formalities
• Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit
• Drive and support employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for onboarding readiness (IT, Admin, Hiring Managers)
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
• Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist in HR reporting and documentation

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
• Hands-on experience in onboarding and employee engagement
• Good understanding of HR processes and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
