Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for an HR Executive. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing HR functions to support organizational goals. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, enhancing employee satisfaction, and contributing to a productive workplace environment.
Job key deliverables:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration in our company. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of labor laws, and experience handling workforce management in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory staff, technicians, engineers, and office employees
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Monitor employee discipline, grievances, and workplace policies
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs for workers and staff
- Support safety and welfare initiatives within the factory premises
- Arranging events and festivals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, PF, ESIC, and factory compliance
