Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven HR professional to support our growing team, with a strong focus on recruitment execution and HR operations. This role will primarily anchor end-to-end hiring for all corporate roles, while coordinating on-ground hiring, along with supporting key administrative and employee lifecycle initiatives.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys fast-paced execution, coordination, and people interaction, and is looking to build a strong foundation across HR.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (60%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for PadCare (sourcing to offer rollout) — corporate and on-ground hiring
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Drive closure of positions within defined timelines
- Coordinate blue-collar hiring through vendors/partners
- Track hiring progress, ensure fulfillment against requirements, and maintain vendor follow-ups
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates, vendors, and internal teams
2.HR Administration & Coordination (20%)
- Maintain, track, follow up for IT assets. Work closely with the Admin & IT team to ensure governance
- Basic HR compliance tracking
- Drive process discipline and ensure data accuracy across HR systems
3.HR Operations & Engagement (20%)
- Support in HR documentation, onboarding experience and coordination
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Assist in onboarding experience and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth HR operations on a day-to-day basis
- Contribute to building a positive and structured employee experience
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment and operations
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- High ownership and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
