Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Implementing employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
Coordinating with vendors and external agencies for HR-related services.
Assisting in training and development programs, career planning, and performance evaluations.
Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining HR records.
Anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
Supporting HR policies, procedures, and general administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
Demonstrated effectiveness in recruitment and HR operations
Knowledge of employee engagement, performance management, and statutory compliance
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
0 1 year of relevant HR experience preferred
Candidates with internship or hands-on HR experience may also apply

Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • HR certification or additional professional courses will be an added advantage.


Experience Requirements

  • 0 to 1 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administration.

  • Freshers with internship or practical HR experience may also be considered.

  • Experience in handling recruitment life cycle and employee engagement activities is preferred.


Technical / Functional Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Basic knowledge of HR tools or HRMS software (preferred).

  • Understanding of statutory compliance and labor laws.

  • Ability to maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.

  • Experience in coordinating with vendors or external agencies.
