Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: MBA HR / PGDM (HR Specialization)

Preferred Industry: BPO | E-commerce | Retail

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll input preparation & submission
Employee onboarding & HRMS management
Employee code & ESIC creation
Initiating BGV for new joiners
Maintaining employee database & records
Audit readiness & documentation
Handling salary helpdesk queries

Skills Required:

Strong communication in English, Hindi & Telugu
Good interpersonal & coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines
Flexible and eager to learn
