The Senior Analyst, HRIS is primarily responsible for the design, support, and maintenance of assigned Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), supporting outbound and inbound integrations. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, maximizing efficiency by analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities as well as systems administration and maintenance, evaluation of functionality, design and configurations, testing changes, report writing and development of integrations between systems both internal and external.
