About MTechZilla

At MTechZilla, we partner with companies across the US and Europe to deliver custom software and AI-powered platforms through agile, remote-first engineering teams. We are now expanding our in-office operations and are looking for a skilled Senior HR Executive to strengthen our people processes and support our growing team.

As an HR Executive, you will manage IT and Non-IT recruitment, support day-to-day HR operations, and help foster a positive, employee-focused work culture. This role requires someone who is proactive, well-organised, and capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines across multiple hiring channels.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and streamline processes.
  • Manage job postings, referral programs, and recruitment dashboards.

2. HR Operations

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
  • Handle confirmation, performance review cycles, and exit formalities.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and daily operational tasks.

3. Payroll & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly payroll input sheetsattendance, leaves, incentives, and deductions.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for accurate salary processing.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain payroll reports and resolve employee queries.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Plan engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.
  • Conduct onboarding orientations and ensure a smooth new-joiner experience.
  • Address employee concerns with confidentiality and empathy.
  • Assist in fostering a positive, healthy, and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources with strong exposure to recruitment & operations.-
  • Prior experience handling payroll inputs and statutory compliance is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms.
