Responsibilities:
- HR Reporting: Compile data, generate reports, and analyze key HR metrics.
- Promote an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, creativity, teamwork, and high performance.
- Should have excellent Communication
- Administer various HR functions such as new hire paperwork, pre-employment background checks and drug testing, and employee records management.
- Policy and Procedure: Assist in policy communication and implementation.
- Should have hands on Recruitment experience.
- Payroll & Statutory
- Very Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Good presentation skills
