Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Understanding requirements.
  • Handling the recruitment end-to-end process.
  • Identifying and screening suitable resumes based on the current requirement.
  • Recruitment calls and e-mails to candidates for internal IT/non-IT vacancies.
  • Placing ads on social media like LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Job postings in various job portals - Naukri, Monster, etc.
  • Capable of conducting job fairs and campus drives independently.
  • Handling vendors and recruitment agencies and maintaining good relationships with all departments.
  • Negotiate price and follow up with vendors for office administration.
  • Joining formalities, an onboarding process.
  • Meetings with clients.

Requirements

  • Candidates with an MBA in HR will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Pleasing personality.
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Good in English vocabulary and e-mail etiquette.
  • Energetic and self-motivated.
  • Must have good negotiation skills.
  • Good at Excel and Word.
  • Pleasing personality.
  • Good at employee engagements.
