We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources and a passion for supporting employees and enhancing workplace culture. The HR Executive will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and regulations in India.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
