Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee onboarding and training programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Stay updated with labor laws and regulations in India.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
